the red warriors n kemenangan pertama piala malaysia

hoho..
i juz loved to watch d football match.
bukan peminat tegar pn, juz smngt tgk final.
ye la lawan ngn pasukan sama di tambah plk last year tu tgk pemain kelate x men sungguh2.
so, tahun ni cam puas ati la tgk klw kalah pn xpe.
mmg nmpak la gaya men bola thn ni.

n siyesly kesian kat aidil zafuan. lepas dia cedera kacau bilau jadi n9.
ape pn xley la nk salahkan dia atas kekalahan ni kan?
sbb bola sepak is about teamwork.
smua org kne ada fungsi yg nyata dan jelas.
xley la nk begantung pada sorg je.

ni antara 5 bendera yg ak nmpak kamera fokus.
1. 'dero kelate of coz
2. 'dero malaysia (ada la 1)
3. 'dero pas
4. 'dero ganu (mekasih ore ganu g sokong ore timur)
5. 'dero thailand (yg ni mmg ak kagum. hehe =D)

n lastly,
tahniah buat team red warrior.
n buat peminat yg gi stadium tahniah gak sbb tunjukkan sokongan padu.
ak suka tgk lautan merah tp sgt x suka tgk lautan botol atas padang.
n thanks to my beloved MB tok guru nik aziz sbb bg cuti peristiwa esok.
maka minggu ni 3 ari je la ada klas.

jom pakat2 turun ngundi ye ore galas.
semoga kemenangan berpihak kpd mereka yg membawa islam.

Breast Stroke!

The breaststroke is the oldest known swimming stroke. For many centuries it was thought the best stroke to teach beginners. It is one of four strokes used in competitive swimming, but it is also very popular for leisure swimming because the head can be kept up, making vision and breathing easy, and because the swimmer can momentarily rest between strokes.

4 Important components of the breaststroke are:

Body Position:
In this stroke, the arms and legs move symmetrically. In the glide, the body is flat, prone and streamlined. Keep back straight and body horizontal, with hips and legs just below the surface.

Kick:
The whip kick is used, where the legs start together with the knees inward and the feet press outward as the legs extend. The ideal distance between the knees and between the heels and buttocks at the end of the recovery vary among swimmers.

Arm Stroke:
The arms start together and extend in front of the head. Palms stay down 6-8 inches below the surface of the water.

Breathing and Timing:
As the arms and hands start to pull backward, lift the head to breathe. Breathe during each armstroke. Remember the timing of this stroke with the phrase, "Pull and breathe, kick and glide."
