ikan patin gulai tempoyak

hehe~


hari ni eman nk share resepi ikan patin masak gulai tempoyak plk. blaja resepi ni ngn cik yah krai 2 ari lepas. odw blk dari kl abah singgah pasar tani, bekenan plk beli ikan patin ape lg, smpai krai wat gulai tempoyak la plus goreng sket.





1. penyediaan ikan



  • mula2 basuh ikan biar bersih

  • then, buang urat darah yg dkt tulang ikan tu (yg ni apply utk ikan patin, ikan duri)

  • pastu basuh ngn air beras atau gandum utk hilangkn hanyir ikan


2. penyediaan gulai tempoyak




  • mula2 tumbuk lada bena (bird chilli) sepedas yang nak.

  • pastu masukkn 5 sudu tempoyak (biar sesuai dgn nisbah ikan patin n lada)

  • tumbuk/gaul lah tempoyak ngn lada

  • masukkn air skt dlm lesung tu supaya x berketul tempoyak

  • air yg dah bercampur ngn tempoyak n lada tu masukkan dalam periuk, wat smpai abis tempoyak tu lah


3. cara memasak




  • letak periuk yg dah ada ikan patin n tempoyak td atas dapur

  • masukkn garam secukup rasa

  • masukkn asam keping

  • klw ada daun pijat n daun2 yg leh guna utk ilang hanyir tu elok la diletak

  • timun utk gulai tempoyak ni, cik yah kata ada timun khas utk dia. tp eman pn x kenal, heheehe~~~ klw letak, jd lg sedap la. bkn timun batang biasa kte makan tu ye..

  • dah masak, bleh la hidang.

INGREDIENTS
Patin fish (cleaned and cut into three or four pieces )
4 or 5 tablespoon of tempoyak (durian paste)
5 -10 pieces (depending on how hot you want it to be) of "chili padi" (small chillies with simmering hot taste)
3 pieces of "bunga kantan"
2-3 stalks of lemon-grass
5 pieces of "daun kesum"
3-4 cm of ginger
2 – 2 ½ cups of plain water
Salt, cooking oil and fine sugar


COOKING METHOD
Warm oil in the pot. Saute the chili padi and ginger and stir them for a while.
Throw in the lemon-grass, bunga kantan and daun kesum into the pot.
Then add water into the pot. Add the tempoyak and mix them all together. Stir until they all blend nicely.
Then put in the pieces of patin fish.
When the pot is boiling, put in salt and sugar according to taste.
Boil until the fish is fully cooked.
Smell the delicious aroma and hear your hunger pangs clammering!


SERVING
Serve with boiled rice, and then see the greedy ones mouthing them all before you can even start!
